Biography

Reecha was born in 16th July 1985 in a middle class family with love for Nepali movies in Dhangadhi of Kailali district, Richa Sharma (age 30 years) is a model turned actress who debuted in Kollywood from First Love (2010). Reecha had a passion for glamour world since her childhood days. She had participated in Miss Nepal 2007 Beauty Pageant where she was able to be included in the list of Top 10 semi- finalists.  Talking about the story behind how she got herself into Kollywood, she had contacted modelling agency and she had photo shoot. Luckily, the photo of Reecha was found by Alok Nembang and he offered Reecha to play in music video which he was directing back in 2005 and Richa happily accepted the offer. She had to wait for five long years to make her debut in Nepali movie industry. She debuted in Kollywood in 2010 from the movie First Love which adorned her with several awards. People and critics accepted her performance positively. Richa Sharma says she is very selective about the role that she chooses. Reecha likes to describe herself as a very practical and down-to-earth kind of lady. She was praised for her role of an ageing mother of twenty year old daughter in the recent movie Ko Aafno. To support the looks of a mother, she went to dentist to make denture which transformed her appearance totally. This very effort proves her dedication towards the work.

Education

After completing her school level education, she decided to pursue Business Studies. She has received Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. To hon her skills in acting Reecha applied for three months of Diploma course in acting from Jack Walter’s Acting School, France. She was selected for the course where she was taught about the type of human emotions and the way of expressing them. Her knowledge is surely going to benefit Kollywood.

Personal Life

Reecha had to face the loss of her father. Not only is she limited to acting but she is also contributing to the society as a Youth Ambassador for Habitat for Humanity and she is the active member of Mitra Samaj Initiative which is working in educating girls who miss school because of menstruation to go to school.

People have long since questioned the ethics of controversial Reporter Rishi Dhamala. Many people are against his unprofessional way of handling the show- Dhamala Ko Hamala. In a recent interview taken with Reecha Sharma, he took the topic far more than necessary by bombarding her with personal questions related to her relationship with her mother and her ex-boyfriend Binaya Shrestha. Reecha responded to the attitude of Rishi through her facebook status where she suggests Dhamala to ask his wife about the type of questions that can be asked to a girl before being prepared to take the interview.

Reecha Sharma Break up with Boyfriend Binay Shrestha

Reecha Sharma and Binay Shrestha were dating since more than seven years but tragically the relationship met its end. After an unsuccessful love affair, Binaya, the actor of highly talked Resham Filili movie went on to date with Anny Thapa. Recently, Binaya Shrestha got engaged with the new girlfriend, Anny. So, the chances of patch up of Reecha with Vinaya has ended. In one of the Reecha Sharma Interview, she had admitted that she had her first crush while she was still studying in Grade 8.
